Ema Datshi

Originally adapted from Tibet, Ema Datshi (ema meaning hot peppers and datshi meaning yak cheese) is a national dish of Bhutan. We are using colored sweet and hot peppers (habernero + jalapeno peppers) and feta cheese. The dish has a natural heat; only salt and highly pungent Timur seeds are added.
