Join us October 22nd at the St. Regis in San Francisco, as we gather to celebrate everything we love about the Himalaya — the people, the mountains, and the incredible community that makes our work possible. This year marks the 30th anniversary of the 1996 Everest disaster and landmark book Into Thin Air. Author and AHF Chairman, Jon Krakauer, will share his reflections on the three decades since that fateful climbing season and how much the mountain, and the mountaineering world, has changed since.
